Call Center Customer Service Representative -- Sit on your tush and earn $$$ working Full-Time as a remote Call Center CSR for us. You must have at least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience, be able to manage your time effectively, speak English well and have active listening skills. In addition, we require you to:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Answer calls, listen to concerns and address these concerns in a polite, methodical manner. This includes addressing and resolving questions or issues.
• Be patient and willing to explain things more than one way to a customer, as well as adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Have Internet service, and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory.
