Job Summary The Sr. Manager, Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) will serve as a leader reputed company the DCT solutions offering and operations team with the Clinical Trials (CT) business. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the clinical research industry, including a minimum of 3 years in reputed company clinical operations and/or clinical project management role(s) • Previous sponsor or CRO experience developing and leading DCT projects including budget and scope development • Familiarity with and experience managing DCT vendors • Deep understanding of the drug/device development process including decentralized and hybrid trials • Exceptional working knowledge of ICH-GCP, US CFR, and HIPAA regulations • Tech-savvy with the skills and ability to apply new systems to everyday tasks • Understand the importance of adaptability and eagerness to learn and adapt to technology changes over time • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to reputed company internal and external teams • Ability to work independently and reputed company appropriate strategic decisions to operationalize and move clinical trial projects reputed company • Ability to reputed company multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and resources, meet deadlines, and be adaptable to changing priorities • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. • At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership. • Willing to travel up to/at least 20% (choose one) of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).
