Job Summary The Sr. Manager, Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) will serve as a leader reputed company the DCT solutions offering and operations team with the Clinical Trials (CT) business. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the clinical research industry, including a minimum of 3 years in reputed company clinical operations and/or clinical project management role(s) Previous sponsor or CRO experience developing and leading DCT projects including budget and scope development Familiarity with and experience managing DCT vendors Deep understanding of the drug/device development process including decentralized and hybrid trials Exceptional working knowledge of ICH-GCP, US CFR, and HIPAA regulations Tech-savvy with the skills and ability to apply new systems to everyday tasks Understand the importance of adaptability and eagerness to learn and adapt to technology changes over time Strong leadership skills with proven ability to reputed company internal and external teams Ability to work independently and reputed company appropriate strategic decisions to operationalize and move clinical trial projects reputed company Ability to reputed company multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and resources, meet deadlines, and be adaptable to changing priorities Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership. Willing to travel up to/at least 20% (choose one) of the time for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state).
