This position involves analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, HR metrics, and business intelligence tools, enabling them to effectively interpret reputed company data sets and translate findings into impactful recommendations. Duties: Data Collection and Management: · Collect, compile, and organize large volumes of workforce data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and other relevant databases. · Ensure data reputed company, accuracy, and consistency by conducting regular audits and data validation checks. · Maintain and update dashboards, ensuring they reflect reputed company and relevant data.
