Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain provider file information across various systems. Ensure accurate documentation is submitted to the provider file database(s). Conduct research on provider reputed company and recommend necessary actions for maintenance. Investigate and resolve claims edits reputed company to provider files. Analyze reports to identify data corrections and streamline processes. reputed company quality control reviews on provider files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a general business environment; 2 years in the health insurance field is preferred.
