As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for crafting artistic, inventive, and compelling design and conceptual solutions for a variety of mediums. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Retail & Field Experience. • Design Creation: Assisting in the creation of a wide range of design materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, in-store POP, print advertisements, branding assets, presentations, and packaging. • Design Modifications: Collaborating with internal teams to reputed company necessary modifications and revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requirements. • Brand Consistency: Maintaining brand consistency throughout reputed company design projects, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards. • Layout and Composition: Applying advanced design techniques, typography, and color theory to create aesthetically pleasing layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the reputed company audience. • Concept Development: Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions and contribute reputed company for design concepts, leveraging your experience and understanding of design principles to create impactful and effective visual solutions. • Art Direction: Providing guidance on design best practices to agencies and other 3rd parties, ensuring the quality and consistency of design deliverables. • Asset Editing: Performing basic image editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs. • Collaborative Approach: Working closely with experience marketing and operations to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality designs reputed company established deadlines. • File Management: Organizing and maintainibf design files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team. • Research and Inspiration: Staying updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative reputed company and fresh perspectives to the team. • Working on other design requirements as necessary. You’ll need to have: • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Four or more years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design principles, layout, and typography. • Proficient Mac user. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
