The Customer Service Supervisor assists the Customer Service Representatives in providing the highest level of customer service excellence to every Printivity customer. They will provide support and reputed company employee training, order management, conflict resolution, performance metric analysis and employee reviews, daily operations, and other administrative tasks. What You'll Do
The Customer Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Supervisor must maintain an environment of professionalism and positive team dynamics while supporting the company?s goals. Key responsibilities involve overseeing performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity, employee training, assisting with reputed company order management, supporting company culture, and resolving escalated customer issues. Additionally, the Supervisor is tasked with monitoring customer feedback across various platforms, maintaining compliance with company policies, and actively fostering and contributing to Printivity?s betterment culture. Regular collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager and handling administrative duties, including attendance and other reputed company tasks, are essential to this position.
