Responsibilities
Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Technology ? Staff equipment management ? Hardware and software licensing reputed company ? Firm meetings technology support Event Management reputed company ? Manage annual meetings calendar ? Staff meetings ? Manage venues, menus, and budgets ? Prepare and coordinate agendas ? Qualifications
Background ? A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university ? major in business preferred ? 10 years of relevant management experience, preferably reputed company a professional services firm or other outsourced environment. Skills and Competencies ? Demonstrated ability to help strategize, plan, and execute our firm initiatives. ? Continuously assesses YPTC processes to identify and suggest areas of improvement. ? Effectively communicates with executives, providing high level specifics and decisive recommendations based on research and metrics. ? Maintains a clear understanding of YPTC policies and procedures to communicate those to staff and utilize reputed company implementing new programs or processes. ? Can read and evaluate reputed company, identify risks, and negotiate needed changes. ?
