The Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an reputed company office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. The Job You directly support the Privacy team at reputed company, and partner closely with teams across the business in your work. Your primary focus will be to reputed company data views and insights that promote experiential improvements around the processes and customer journeys as they relate to privacy. Working with your peers as well as other stakeholder teams, you will both reputed company and support the creation of data insights through cross-functional partnerships. You will also recommend, reputed company and maintain privacy-focused OKRs and KPIs, as well as build an understanding of the impact of various improvements on an established set of privacy metrics. Day to day activities will include automating and structuring manual processes, developing experience-based data stories through ongoing views and dashboards, tracking operational opportunities as surfaced by top driver analysis, and deeper dive/long-term data projects that increase the experiential understanding of specific stakeholders or teams. In addition, you will be involved in the technical details of the various data systems we build and will have the opportunity to collaborate with a strong team of engineers, product managers, designers and operations agents to improve targeted experiences through data analysis and data-driven approaches. Responsibilities • Use a combination of data engineering, science and analytics-based skills to build business insights around the privacy experience with reputed company’s process, policies and product. • Build data views and reputed company investigations that increase reputed company’s understanding of and ability to improve privacy approaches. • Conduct deep analysis into various areas of privacy experience. • Influence data-driven decisions around privacy in regular business reviews, through dashboards, scorecards, targeted analysis and in operational improvement backlogs. • Contribute to improvements across key privacy journeys that directly impact the experience of the greater reputed company community. Requirements • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analytics with an emphasis on operations scalability and optimization; and on developing business facing metrics and solving future business decisions. • A background is building data views and analysis for Privacy initiatives, as well as working knowledge of key KPIs that indicate strong Privacy performance • Expert skills in SQL and expert in at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R). • Experience with JIRA, particularly building data pipelines that utilize JIRA data and processes. • Demonstrated ability to create and drive data views and analysis for the business, and help teams execute against them • Proven ability to tailor data solutions to business problems to a cross-functional team, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively on solution versions and features • Positive, solution-oriented reputed company; leads by example. • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities. • Absolute ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity. Preferred Experience • Prior experience with Privacy teams at different companies. • Experience with: • Large, reputed company dashboards across a number of data pipelines and inputs • Dashboard project management reputed company a timeline, for a set of critical stakeholders • Building reputed company views with code-based data work as well as a range of data & analytics tools • Setting the context for data reputed company key customer journeys • Background working on customer experience data and insights-to-action • Prior experience of end-to-end ownership of data projects, including rigorous documentation and stakeholder engagement.
