Position Summary This position supports the Medicare Coordination of Benefits team, ensuring the accuracy of other primary insurance reputed company information and supporting the functions of the coordination of benefits team. Position is eligible to be fully remote Supporting multiple Medicare health plans. The COB Representative under general supervision, verifies COB, makes changes to member records, updates the pharmacy system and addresses a variety of COB questions or concerns. Maintains member’s other insurance coverage in system. Responds, research, and resolves COB claims reputed company issues involving member specific information; Works directly with internal customers to reputed company positive service outcomes. (*) Monitors daily status reports assessing output for developing trends potentially impacting service levels. Applies reputed company appropriate considerations associated with technical requirements, legislative/regulatory policies, account structure and benefit parameters in addressing COB information for accuracy and completeness; partnering with appropriate internal/external support areas reputed company needed. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
