Inbound Call Center Agent - Remote

It is our mission to provide affordable, clean, and secure self-storage facilities in the communities we serve... We are currently looking to add an Inbound Call Center Agent to our growing team. Call Center Agents use their knowledge of our company products, services, and policies to assist SROA customers and ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers. With hands-on supportive training, we’ll teach you industry knowledge, but we are looking for individuals with a winning attitude, outstanding customer service skills and a proven track record of success. If you are confident, have a passion for learning, and possess effective listening skills, you will be a great addition to the team! Call Center Hours (EST): Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Job Description: • High School Diploma or GED. • 1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, reputed company desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles. • Internet service that meets system needs and separate workplace. • Type 30 WPM or more • Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently. • Maintain customer satisfaction. • Demonstrate patience and professionalism. • Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED. • 1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, reputed company desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles. • High-speed Internet and quiet reputed company to take calls are required (remote position) • Type 30 WPM or more. • Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently. • Demonstrate patience and professionalism. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed.
