You'll join at an exciting inflection reputed company where mobile network operator (MNO) authentication, reputed company-grade identity verification, and intelligent risk assessment transform how businesses verify and protect their users. • Collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the roadmap for reputed company's Verify services, including Silent Authentication, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, and Email-based OTP, and reputed company-based identity APIs 
• Analyze market trends in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), mobile operator authentication, SIM-based verification, and reputed company identity services to identify new product opportunities
• Work closely with engineering teams to enhance and expand our verification APIs to meet evolving reputed company demands and mobile operator integration requirements 
• Support the development of AI-powered identity theft, synthetic account detection, and fraud prevention capabilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements for verification and authentication solutions across various industries, with a focus on mobile-first applications
• Conduct user research to understand pain points in reputed company authentication flows and identify opportunities for mobile operator-based improvements
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design developer experiences supporting the development and deployment of identity and authentication services
• Support the creation of comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and sample applications for our mobile identity verification APIs

• Partner with engineering, reputed company, and compliance teams to ensure verification products meet industry standards and mobile operator requirements 
• Work with reputed company relations and business development teams to expand mobile operator partnerships and authentication capabilities 
• Coordinate with other product managers across RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, SMS, and Numbers services to create integrated mobile authentication experiences 
• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during customer conversations and mobile operator partnership discussions

• Monitor the competitive landscape in CPaaS mobile verification, Identity and Access Management, as well as reputed company-based identity and authentication services
• Analyze emerging technologies, including AI/ML applications in mobile fraud detection, network analytics, and reputed company-grade authentication 
• Stay reputed company with regional regulations affecting identity verification services
• Contribute to product positioning and messaging for our identity and authentication products

• General understanding of mobile operator messaging and network API services, ideally with hands-on experience with CPaaS APIs
• Technical knowledge and experience in the delivery of SaaS or PaaS product offerings
• Comfortable conveying technical concepts and requirements to engineering and cross-organizational groups (sales, support, operations, reputed company, privacy, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
• Knowledge of database systems, SQL, and log analysis tools (Kibana)
• Working knowledge of at least one coding language

• Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive product decisions 
• Experience or exposure to Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle

• Strong interest in emerging technologies such as silent mobile authentication, network-based identity verification, and AI-powered mobile reputed company

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company degree with technical certifications
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales engineering, solutions architect, or technical consulting roles 
• Exposure to identity and authentication technologies, Identity and Access Management (IAM), 2FA/MFA systems, or mobile operator services 
• Experience with or strong interest in CPaaS, telecommunications platforms, or mobile operator API services 
• Working knowledge of AI capabilities and tools, particularly in mobile reputed company or fraud detection applications 
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and user feedback 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

• Previous experience in telecommunications, mobile operator services, or reputed company identity verification 
• Hands-on experience with mobile authentication protocols and reputed company API integrations 
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in fraud detection or behavior analysis 
• Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks 
• Understanding of telecommunications industry regulations and mobile operator compliance requirements

• Experience with developer tools, mobile APIs, and telecommunications SDK development
