Support Coordinator - Part Time (Night Shift)

What you’ll get to do in this role: • Dive into the world of customer inquiries with finesse, whether it's through the art of phone calls or service cloud • Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and... delivering solutions that leave customers satisfied • Keep communication top of mind by recording all details, performing internal tasks with multi-tasking abilities, and being the go-to expert on all things Field Nation. You may be a good fit if you have: • Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction • Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations • Mastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party. • A knack for attention to detail; it’s not just a trait; it’s a way of life for you • Ability to maintain balance through any storm, and superpowers in time management and prioritization abilities. Other Details: • This is a part-time position. Field Nation Support operates 24/7/365 days hence working hours may vary depending on the individual Support Coordinator’s schedule 15 to 30 hours per week between 8 pm to 5 am (Monday through Friday). • In case of an increased workload or on-call nature, additional hours may be needed. • Our office is located in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
