Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and self-motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound sales calls, and helping customers find and purchase their desired products. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales calls, approximately 40 calls per day, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilize our scheduling system to manage your daily schedule, including break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions
• Log in and prepare for your shift, ensuring that you are ready to provide a first-class customer experience
• Contact product suppliers to gather additional information that may not be available on the blithequark website
• Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building rapport, and upselling or cross-selling products
• Stay focused on our customers, free from distractions, and work independently for the entire shift
• Participate in engagement activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our culture
• Meet the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wired Ethernet internet reputed company
• Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace, with a desk and necessary computer hardware provided by blithequark

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center/retail/virtual environment
