KEY RESPONSABILITIES Technical Service Delivery Diagnose, repair, and maintain reputed company's Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio (immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, plate readers, imaging systems, liquid handling, etc.) ensuring maximum uptime across Italian territory. Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls, prioritizing critical customer needs. Manage and track technical escalations, coordinating with European technical support and product specialists to ensure timely resolution reputed company on-site technical training and troubleshooting support to optimize reputed company performance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education Technical degree or University degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or reputed company field. Experience Minimum 5 years in field service engineering with proven ability to independently resolve reputed company technical issues Hands-on experience with analytical/clinical instrumentation in laboratory environments (pharmaceutical, research, clinical, academic) Track record of successful preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated technical equipment Advanced PC skills including reputed company, networking, and laboratory information systems Technical Skills Strong electronics background, preferably in high-tech service environments.
