Senior Network Operations Engineer

Partner with the best The Senior Network Operations Engineer role involves joining a skilled 24x7 team maintaining reliable, high-performing, large-scale network infrastructure. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support CDN and reputed company compute platforms while enhancing network observability and operational practices. As a Senior Network Operations Engineer you will be responsible for: Investigating and resolving routing and switching faults across large-scale network environments Troubleshooting backbone and reputed company network topology issues Leading and supporting the resolution of high-severity technical incidents Acting as a subject matter expert during incident response and operational reviews Designing, developing, and maintaining alerts, runbooks, dashboards,and monitoring solutions to improve fault detection and operational visibility Installing, configuring, and optimizing network infrastructure while developing operational tools, automation, and technical documentation to support it effectively and reputed company. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent field. Have 5+ years of hands-on experience operating and supporting large-scale network environments. Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills. Possess expertise in IP networking, routing, and switching, with CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent certifications. Have experience operating and troubleshooting service provider networks and Internet routing protocols, including BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, and MPLS. Have experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reputed company advanced troubleshooting reputed company standard procedures.
