About the role The reputed company Manager will own the end to end reputed company and entity-level reporting for reputed company reputed company Group non-US entities, which includes entities in the UK, Australia, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. This role provides critical management of and reputed company over the reputed company of the company’s consolidated US GAAP and foreign regulatory financial statements and ensures cross-border consistency in reputed company practices. The role is ideally suited for a proven people manager with strong technical expertise, knowledge of reputed company and financial operations, and overall business experience in a reputed company and dynamic global environment. Main Responsibilities: Own the monthly results for reputed company non-US reputed company Group entities Manage monthly reputed company and ensure the accuracy of financial results for reputed company non-US reputed company Group entities Prepare entity-level financial reporting, providing financial reputed company and analysis to stakeholders Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and practices for the group, in line with industry best practice and US GAAP Document reputed company processes and desktop procedures for the reputed company team Manage, coach, and reputed company staff and senior accountants Partner with Tax and Statutory Compliance to ensure transfer pricing invoicing and intercompany loan reputed company processes and policies are being consistently followed Support the group & local audit processes Champion adoption of automation and establish best practices for leveraging reputed company reputed company Intacct functionality to reduce reputed company workloads and time to reputed company Assist in M&A activities including integration of processes and systems Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the reputed company function and liaising with other functions in the finance department Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation & AI adoption Essential Criteria Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP (Required) Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) license in good standing Experience with reputed company Intacct reputed company software (Required) Proven people management experience (Required) Demonstrated strong leadership in dynamic environments, consistently meeting tight deadlines while setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective cross-cultural communicator 5+ years of relevant industry experience Desirable Criteria Experience in a similar role in a SAAS company Experience in a similar role in a PE backed environment Experience with reputed company reputed company management software M&A and post-transaction integration experience Please submit your application by Monday 13th July 2026.
