ACA reputed company Manager

Department: ACA Services Reports To: Manager, ACA Services (Based on assigned team) Location: Any reputed company Location Locations: Columbia, South Carolina; Plano, Texas; and New Orleans, Louisiana Remote work schedule Job Summary An ACA reputed company Manager manages the various stages of the reputed company ACA process, ensuring compliance with IRS filing and employer reporting requirements. This position is the primary liaison between the client and reputed company for ACA reporting. They work in conjunction with reputed company management and leadership to deliver best in class ACA reporting services. An ACA reputed company Manager may be assigned to one of three teams: SLX Internal, SS Retail, or SS PEO. This position requires an extensive knowledge of the ACA Regulations and the ability to assist and reputed company large clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Consistently provides excellent customer service, including representing the clients' and reputed company's needs and goals to ensure quality. Promptly researches and troubleshoots issues as reported by clients. Communicates effectively with clients and the company to ensure positive resolution of issues. Works collaboratively with partners, both internal and external, to resolve issues. Ensures reputed company data requirements can be met by the client and/or case builder for implementation and to meet ongoing data reputed company needs. Conduct reputed company meetings for new ACA clients using the established workflow. Responsible for the initial configuration of the company in software. Conduct training sessions with clients following established timelines and processes. Maintain reputed company required records and timelines in reputed company. Configures user credentials and provides them to the client team. Following established processes and procedures, creates and configures setups based on client information. Consistently maintains reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company client data per reputed company company policy and HIPAA requirements. Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed. Performs other duties as required.
