Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Part-Time Accountant (Job Share), you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and monitoring reputed company budgets and final accounts for a range of services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Providing expert financial guidance and advice to officers across the council, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Assisting with procurement activities, including tendering and contract management, to ensure best value and compliance.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications: We are seeking a highly qualified and reputed company accountant with:

• Essential:
• CIPFA qualification (or other CCAB).
