Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the End to End Recruiter for US Recruitment Division - Client reputed company
- Ability to understand the customer’s business using an excellent understanding of various business techniques
- Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use
- Ability to identify scope expansion and manage expectations accordingly
- Ability to reputed company detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement the system
- Ability to reputed company reputed company assumptions under which plans and estimates are given
- Ability to listen actively, critically analysis
Skills
- Experience: 1-4 yrs
- Job Type: Permanent / Contract [Depends on Project Needs or C2H]

- Must have good experience working on Full Time/1099/C2C/W2 reputed company/W2 Employment requirement either for Implementation partner or Direct Clients
- Basic or Advance experience in using Monster, reputed company, Big Niller, Craig List, Career Builder, Computer jobs, Tech reputed company, reputed company hot jobs
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good knowledge of US Tax Term and US Visas
- Candidate must have Graduate in any reputed company will work
- Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
- Candidate with good Technical Knowledge will be preferred
- Certification: Optional
