Responsibilities

• 3 + Years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing
• Extensive experience in Developing, Reviewing and Delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides
• Experience in Working with Global Teams
• Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently

Skills

• Experience: 3-6 yrs
• Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc
• 3 + Years of proven Experience in Content Development and Instructional Designing
• Extensive experience in Developing, Reviewing and Delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs)
• Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), Application Simulations, Job Aids and Quick Reference Guides
• Experience in working with Global Teams
• Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently
• Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
• Independent thinker
