[Remote] Marketing Manager, Activation - reputed company

The Regional Activation Manager drives localized marketing initiatives to support sales teams, ensuring consistent brand execution and managing regional marketing plans and events.

Responsibilities

• Execute national and regional marketing plans, tailoring them to local market dynamics and regulations
• Manage activation calendars, track execution, and distribute promotional materials across the region
• Manage incoming field requests for assets (digital, POS, etc.)
• reputed company merchandising and POS execution, ensuring brand consistency
• Plan and manage local events, pop-reputed company, and demos; reputed company regional budgets
• Coordinate event calendars and ensure flawless activation
• Partner with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to reputed company regional goals
• Serve as a brand expert and uphold brand standards across reputed company initiatives
• Coordinate regional product launches and ensure retail and sales teams are reputed company with reputed company necessary materials and support
• Build brand excitement across the RTM and engage with local influencers to enhance visibility and advocacy

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 4-6 years of field marketing and activation experience
• Proven expertise in event planning and execution
• Passion for the cannabis industry and consumer (both active and curious)
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Experience managing regional brand pages or digital platforms
• Creative and innovative reputed company with the ability to succeed in a tightly regulated environment
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across multiple markets
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience working in or with highly regulated industries (e.g., cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, pharma)
• Experience partnering with event or creative agencies
