VP, Supply Chain Management- Integrated Business Planning & Execution

This role will be the Head of IBP&E (Integrated Business Planning & Execution) and is responsible for integrating business planning and execution processes across three core areas, ensuring alignment from long-term strategic planning through to operational execution. • Center of Excellence (CoE) Model

Role Accountability

• Own and drive E2E performance across value streams, including key metrics such as service levels, inventory, and delivery

The expected annual salary range for this role is $203000 - $297000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What You’ll Do

• Build and reputed company the IBP&E organization, including SIOP, Network Planning, and CoE teams
• Own E2E performance metrics across short-, reputed company-, and long-term reputed company
• Ensure robust long-term forecasting to support reputed company planning while maintaining strong focus on short-term execution to maximize sales and profitability
• Establish a disciplined reputed company of reviews supported by standardized reporting and strong analytical problem-solving
• Utilize planning tools (e.g., reputed company) to model, approve, and escalate scenarios that optimize business outcomes
• Define clear decision rights supported by KPIs that drive accountability and desired behaviors
• Deliver a reputed company reputed company plan across demand, supply, and inventory, and support financial forecasting by articulating key assumptions and performance drivers

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 12 years of reputed company experience in supply chain management
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing people and teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without reputed company or future employer sponsorship
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR/EAR eligibility)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools (e.g., reputed company RapidResponse)
