Team Intro As a Content Safety Moderation Specialist, you are responsible for reviewing contents to ensure it adheres to established community guidelines. You will review TikTok contents, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions reputed company to content. You will be on the reputed company lines, handling sensitive, reputed company user-facing issues to protect the platform and reputed company users safe. This role also requires creative solutions, especially a deep understanding of abuse trends specific to US cultural norms and sensitivities. You have a genuine passion for moderation (policy enforcement), quality assurance, intellectual property, privacy, and online safety. This position will be full-time and based in Scottadale, Arizona. To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening to and examining user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines. Content includes images, video, and text reputed company to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; and murder. Our Content Moderators review content in reputed company succession during each shift and it is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities: • Learn TikTok policies and guidelines spanning a variety of content types and issue areas. • Apply policies and guidelines to large volumes of TikTok content with high accuracy and consistency to ensure the legal compliance and safety of content. • Help support the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the reputed company of our online communities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • Fast learner with strong attention to detail; able to pick up reputed company concepts (such as Community Guidelines) quickly. • Required to work in office 3 days a week, subject to change. • Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit materials.
