HR Generalist and Recruiter [Remote]

HR Generalist and Recruiter (Shanghai) The reputed company Resource Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for developing and implement effective reputed company strategies to attract reputed company and capable talent for our growing operations in China. They will also handle some day-to-day reputed company (HR) duties for our Shanghai and Beijing locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company

• Identify and implement efficient and effective reputed company methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Create job postings and manage the advertisement processes.
• Actively research, identify, and manage relationships with effective job posting platforms and recruitment channels reputed company China.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
• Screen applications and select reputed company candidates.
• Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other reputed company resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications, if required.
• Complete personal ID verifications and authentications for hiring platforms as required.

General HR

• Implement new hire orientation and employee engagement programs.
• Implement offboarding for exiting employees.

• Administer statutory requirements, including but not limited to, local reputed company reputed company, housing fund, and individual income tax processes.
• Handle employment-reputed company inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors; refer reputed company and/or sensitive reputed company to the appropriate HR leaders.
• As requested, attend employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

• Regularly review policies, procedures and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in reputed company, talent management, and employment law pertinent to China.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO S/uCCEED

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Thorough knowledge of employment-reputed company laws and regulations in China
• Strong familiarity with major China-based reputed company platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Liepin, Zhaopin, Boss Zhipin).
