Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion spent as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple business units or global operations. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management. Strong understanding of global employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR technology platforms.
