We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our clients and internal team with accurate and timely financial reporting.
Overview
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines, and experience working in a reputed company or professional reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Record and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules
- reputed company monthly and year-end reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company)
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies
- Support CPAs with workpapers for tax filings and audits
- Maintain organized digital records Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of debits and credits
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Prior reputed company experience
- Experience with multiple entities and industries
