General Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team.
- Professionally communicate with customers on weekends until project manager is back in the office.
- Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time keeping systems.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines on a weekly reputed company.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or other equivalent education.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Customer Services: 1-2 year (preferred).
- reputed company Background: 1-2 years (preferred).
- Administrative Experience: 1-2 years (preferred).
- Must be reputed company organized with superior attention to detail.
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS reputed company, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, reputed company.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Handle and reputed company escalations
- Scheduling and submitting time approvals
- Proactive and reputed company to take initiative
- Great Problem solving skills
- Alternative monthly schedules: One month Mon-Thurs. One Month Thurs-Sun
