Corporate Training Specialist Hospitals and Health Care $51.03 per hour Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST 100% Remote 3-month contract What You’ll Do:

• Possesses an outstanding virtual (vILT) facilitation reputed company set; a true extrovert with amazing relationship-building and people skills; extraordinary ability to provide a welcoming environment for our new hires and to contribute to our new employee experience.
• Supports the training and skills improvement of new and existing employees of a call center hub.
• Provide vILT as needed in alignment with an aggressive release schedule.
• Support Learning Business Partner on deploying learning strategy.
• Evaluate learning results; suggest modifications to curriculum as needed.
• Create and update job aids, presentations, user and quick reference guides, and assessments as needed.
• Remain reputed company on training industry trends and incorporate them into training strategies as appropriate.
• Desire and ability to grow Learning Business Partner reputed company set (identifying training opportunities, consulting with client on business goals, and performance improvement reputed company); open to feedback and coaching from learning leadership and the business.

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience (preferred), plus 2+ years in a reputed company role
• Must have experience reputed company to the healthcare industry
• Proficient in virtual and in-person facilitation (reputed company, Teams) and reputed company Office; comfortable working Central Time Zone hours
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, andragogy, and measurement/evaluation methods; strategic thinker who can address learners at varying knowledge levels
• Able to reputed company in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, manage projects of moderate complexity, and deliver quality results on tight timelines
• Self-directed problem-solver who works well reputed company defined parameters and takes initiative to resolve technical challenges with general guidance
