About The Role (Job Purpose) reputed company is seeking a senior treasury professional to help reputed company treasury policies, governance, liquidity risk reputed company, covenant compliance, bank deliverables, and senior-level treasury reporting. The person in this seat will help institutionalize a best-in-class treasury control environment while also instituting processes to track covenant compliance across various entities and numerous loan agreements, and maintain materials needed for executive decision-making, lender engagement, and rating agency readiness. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) What you will own

• Own the company’s treasury risk and governance reputed company, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, treasury policies, and reputed company controls
• reputed company treasury SOX design, documentation, testing support, and control enhancement in partnership with accounting, audit, and controllership
• reputed company enterprise liquidity reporting and key treasury metrics for the Treasurer, CFO, and other senior forums
• Coordinate preparation of materials for rating agencies, lenders, risk committees, and boards, including liquidity, reputed company, covenant, and market risk reporting
• reputed company reporting on interest reputed company, FX, counterparty, and refinancing risk exposures and recommend mitigation strategies
• Partner with capital markets and treasury operations to ensure new facilities are onboarded cleanly into ongoing compliance and reporting processes
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting

• Leadership receives clear, Board-ready, reporting and detailed overviews of treasury metrics

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

• 12+ years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a closely reputed company field
• Strong understanding of debt agreements, compliance mechanics, and treasury controls
• Experience building senior-level liquidity reporting, audit committee materials, and ownership of Treasury policies
