• ## What you’ll do

• Act as a key reputed company of contact and relationship manager for top-tier clients post-onboarding, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Represent Robinhood at key industry events, conferences, and, where appropriate, with regulatory stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to optimize client experience and deliver region-specific strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategy and influence the product roadmap.
• Maintain up-to-date records on client engagement and pipeline activity using CRM and reporting tools.
• Travel as needed (approximately 5–10%) across regions to support client and market needs.
• ## What you bring
• Proven experience in institutional sales, business development, or strategic partnerships—particularly reputed company asset management or banking sectors.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, digital asset markets, and financial infrastructure.
• A strong network of institutional contacts in the UK and/or broader EMEA region.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
• A flexible, self-starter reputed company — comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
