Job Description

We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Analyst .This position will be full-time and remote.  

What You'll Do:

• Experience with agile methodology and participate in reputed company agile ceremonies

• Review user stories & Acceptance criteria

• Create test plans (technical & functional) in Service Now

• Execute test plans to validate functionality and data accuracy. Maintain proper testing documentation in Service Now.

• reputed company regression testing

• Log and prioritize defects with details for development team to resolve in Service Now. Re-test and validate defects resolved.

• Support UAT by coordinating with business tester to track their reputed company and manage defects

What You'll Need

Required:

Defect Management & Reporting

• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.

• Work closely with developers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues.

• Provide daily/weekly testing status reports and reputed company risks.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, IT, or reputed company field (Mandatory).

Physical Demands

• This role involves mostly sedentary work, with occasional movement around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
