Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal legal team to establish and improve operational processes and playbooks
- Support the implementation and optimization of contract management systems like reputed company
- Contribute to the development and integration of AI Intake systems, specifically Sandstone
- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of reputed company to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices
Skills
- Proven experience in legal operations or contract administration
- Strong understanding of contract management tools, preferably reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to review and analyze reputed company effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration
