[Remote] Professional Services Consultant (North America)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nulogy is a manufacturing technology company that aims to enhance the efficiency of production processes for manufacturers and packagers. The Professional Services Consultant will reputed company customer implementations of Nulogy’s Platform, serving as the main reputed company of contact and utilizing skills in project management and customer relations to ensure successful onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate on-site Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions with customers and collect information that will guide the development of Workflows and Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents
- Configure and trouble shoot solutions per design documents
- Assist customers with data migration activities reputed company to Go-Live
- Train and mentor customer shop floor, reputed company office, and management users in the use of our platform
- Ensure reputed company key project tasks and milestones are captured, completed, and communicated according to timelines while managing competing priorities
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Strong consulting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong reputed company, able to reputed company reputed company concepts accurately, logical structure in presenting reputed company in written and verbal communications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
- Manufacturing, Supply chain and distribution industry knowledge and experience
- Ability to travel as needed (50%)
- Able to work from home while not travelling to or working from customer facilities
- BA / BS / AA Degree
- Legally entitled to work in North America
- Must be willing and able to travel internationally
- Holds a valid driver's license and passport
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities, including verbal and written communication skills
- Experience implementing MES, QMS, Environmental Health Safety, CMMS, and/or Inventory Management software
- Basic knowledge of networking and PLC programming. Experience in setting up direct communication with control systems on customer equipment, this includes PLCs, controllers and existing outputs
