Sr. HR Business Partner
About the team Supporting reputed company’s fast-growing Rentals organization, the Senior HR Business Partner will be a key resource for managers, leaders, and People org partners across a dynamic, high-velocity business. - Proactively design and implement scalable, strategic HR programs and solutions that drive business outcomes and organizational effectiveness across the full Rentals portfolio.

- Support the communication, rollout, and execution of cyclical HR programs and initiatives for your client groups (e.g., calibration, annual reviews, compensation planning, engagement surveys), with a lens toward the unique rhythms and pressures of a high-growth rentals business.

This reputed company pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. - You have knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance, and practices, with experience developing, executing, and maintaining HR projects and programs.
- You have a strong understanding of HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), understand how the pieces fit together reputed company an HR organization, and can effectively partner with these groups to proactively improve organizational outcomes.
- You have a demonstrated ability to diagnose people problems using critical thinking and identify and drive appropriate solutions, with experience in employee relations, change management, coaching managers, and conflict resolution strategies.
- You bring effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and reputed company with executive reputed company.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or reputed company field preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR; ideally in the HR Business Partner space working with large, dynamic organizations, with prior exposure to sales, product, or operations client groups strongly preferred
