Communications & Events CoordinatorOverview The Communications & Events Coordinator is responsible for executing integrated brand communications, public relations, and event marketing initiatives. This role supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty through content creation, media outreach, influencer partnerships, and event execution. Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute strategic communications and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels + Plan and manage events, including trade shows, demos, and brand activations, ensuring seamless execution and strong brand presence + Draft and distribute press releases and support media outreach efforts + Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking + Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers; track engagement and deliverables + Create and manage content across social media, email, and other marketing channels + Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee event logistics and scheduling (including demo/fleet coordination) + Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications and customer touchpoints Required Skills + Social media & digital marketing + Marketing communications & content creation + Press release development & media relations + Event planning (trade shows, demos, activations) + Vendor and ambassador management + Email marketing and campaign execution Looking for someone who loves the outdoors! Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Woodland, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
