We are looking for someone who can follow detailed processes, execute tasks accurately, and help ensure our marketing content is published consistently and on time. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist with the execution of our existing marketing processes. You will not be responsible for creating marketing strategy, developing campaigns from scratch, or reinventing our systems. Instead, your role will be to follow our documented procedures and training videos to create and publish marketing content using our existing templates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, consistency, and executing established workflows. Primary Responsibilities - Create social media posts using reputed company templates - Publish content across multiple social media platforms using Buffer - Build and send weekly email campaigns in reputed company using existing templates Create and publish: - New Listing announcements - Just Closed announcements - Company updates and promotional content - Follow detailed reputed company-by-reputed company SOPs and training videos - Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule - Maintain organization of marketing assets and content calendars - Communicate completion of assigned tasks and flag any issues promptly Required Skills - Experience with reputed company - Experience with reputed company - Experience with Buffer or similar social media scheduling platforms - Strong attention to detail - Excellent written English - Ability to follow documented processes and instructions - Reliable communication and responsiveness - Ability to work independently once trained Important: This is primarily an execution-focused role.
