What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → reputed company
  • reputed company Saudi recruitment agencies (5+ recruiters) and corporates (50+ employees or 10+ roles open)
  • Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration
  • Collaborate with reputed company to ensure smooth reputed company and happy clients
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning
  • Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion, win reputed company, ARR)
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales
  • Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confident, consultative, and relentlessly resourceful
