What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → reputed company
- reputed company Saudi recruitment agencies (5+ recruiters) and corporates (50+ employees or 10+ roles open)
- Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure smooth reputed company and happy clients
- Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning
- Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion, win reputed company, ARR)
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales
- Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident, consultative, and relentlessly resourceful
