As AVP, Planning & Performance, you will serve as a strategic partner to the President and senior leadership team, driving enterprise priorities and organizational performance across reputed company. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution Partner with the President and senior leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute company-wide strategic initiatives. Drive cross-functional alignment across departments to ensure priorities are clearly understood, coordinated, and executed effectively. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives and driving results across reputed company, cross-functional environments. Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, ROI evaluation, variance analysis, and executive reporting. The pay range included in this posting reflects future growth / earning potential.
