Responsibilities

• Design System & Tokens Management: Maintain and evolve the design system library by defining components, documentation, and guidelines to ensure efficient adoption.
• DesignOps & Workflow Optimization: Work closely with the broader team to optimize design tools, standardize templates, and streamline the delivery pipeline between UX and Engineering.
• AI Integration: Actively explore, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows across the design process to help reputed company move faster.
• Engineering Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure design system tokens and components align smoothly with code repositories (like Storybook).

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on design systems and operational workflows reputed company an enterprise environment.
