• Manage and reputed company reservations with meticulous accuracy
• Coordinate and reputed company chauffeurs in real time reputed company a 24/7 operational environment
• Proactively monitor reputed company trips to ensure flawless execution and on-time performance
• Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and leadership

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Experience in luxury transportation, executive travel, hospitality, or high-end logistics
• Demonstrated commitment to white-glove, high-touch client service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and grammar
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 operation
