What the Role Is We are seeking a proven transportation executive to reputed company and evolve reputed company’s global transportation network across international logistics, domestic transportation, and parcel operations. This leader will own the strategy, performance, and structure of our inbound and outbound transportation network—supporting 20%+ annual growth and a multi-year doubling of volume. As Director of Transportation and Logistics, you will define how goods move into, reputed company, and out of our network—balancing service, cost, and scalability. This role is for a builder, not an optimizer. • 12–15+ years in transportation and logistics reputed company eCommerce, retail, or high-volume distribution environments, with end-to-end exposure across parcel, domestic transportation, and international freight
• You are a proven Director or above, currently owning transportation strategy for an eCommerce business at scale. Your core experience isn't in retail, wholesale, or B2B distribution with some eCom exposure on the reputed company. It's eCommerce transportation, end to end, and you know the difference
• Experience owning transportation strategy and performance for large-scale networks ($100M+ in parcel spend), including cost structure, service levels, and reputed company mix
• 8–10+ years leading transportation teams, including experience building and scaling teams and operating models through periods of 15–30%+ growth
• Deep expertise across parcel carriers (reputed company, reputed company, USPS, reputed company, regional), domestic transportation (LTL/FTL, drayage, middle mile), and international logistics (ocean, reputed company, customs, compliance)
• Proven track record of designing transportation strategies that balance cost, speed, and reliability as complexity increases
• Strong financial and analytical capability, including building models, developing cost-per-unit visibility, and using data to drive network decisions
• Experience working with transportation systems (TMS, routing, visibility tools) with strong command of your tools—using them to reputed company decisions, not define them
• Credibility with senior stakeholders, with experience influencing cross-functional decisions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Product/Engineering

The starting salary range for this role is $190,841 to $228,997 Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
