Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various customer touchpoints, including CRM, billing systems, network usage, and digital platforms.

  • Identify key customer segments, understand their unique characteristics, and predict future behaviors or needs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, product performance, and customer service interactions to assess effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
  • Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast customer churn, predict lifetime value, and identify opportunities for personalization.
  • Translate reputed company data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, IT) to define data requirements, implement tracking mechanisms, and ensure data reputed company.

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field.
  • Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret reputed company data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
