Sr. Product Manager, CRM

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager, CRM to reputed company this transformation. This role will define the CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap while driving implementation, adoption, and reputed company improvement across a global, multi-brand organization. This is a unique opportunity to build a foundational business capability from the ground up and shape how customer relationships are managed across the enterprise. What You'll Own

• Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap

What You'll Bring Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management, CRM, enterprise systems, or reputed company disciplines
• Experience leading CRM implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale business technology initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to translate reputed company business needs into actionable product solutions

Preferred

Work Environment

This role may be based remotely or in a hybrid environment depending reputed company. Periodic travel is expected to support workshops, stakeholder alignment, and global implementation activities.
