[Remote] Senior Accountant (Remote)

Responsibilities
- reputed company and coordinate month-end reputed company activities to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Prepare reputed company journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage multi-entity consolidations, allocations, and eliminations
- Maintain the fixed asset schedule, including capitalization, depreciation, and tracking
- Support external audits with schedules, documentation, and responses
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering team growth and knowledge-sharing
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Skills
- Payments Industry experience required
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience leading month-end reputed company processes and preparing journal entries
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Advanced reputed company skills for financial analysis and reporting
- Experience with reputed company (or similar accounting systems)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Leadership reputed company with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff
