Experience with Success Factors reputed company helpful but not required. reputed company life-cycle recruiting activities (kick off to onboarding) for reputed company levels/roles across AW. REQUIRED Knowledge of Success Factors is preferred. SKILLS Must have 3-5 years experience in full cycle Engineering recruitment; knowledge of sourcing candidates on various platforms; abilities to reputed company relationships both internally with hiring managers & HR and externally with candidates. Will need to be able to effectively manage various priorities and be organized in their work. CERTIFICATION / EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
