Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-driven insights that support decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term growth strategies. Expertise in Power BI data modeling, DAX calculations, and dashboard optimization. Experience leveraging PowerQuery to automate and standardize reporting workflows. Knowledge of RevOps best practices and GTM operational processes. Familiarity with AI-driven operational tools and automation. Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting. Strong process improvement and change management capabilities. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or reputed company field required; MBA preferred. 5–8+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance, Consulting, or reputed company fields. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business planning capabilities. Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including PowerQuery for data transformation and automation. Hands-on experience building dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive visualizations in Power BI. Experience with CRM and reputed company systems (reputed company preferred).
