The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical coding, particularly in the context of Meaningful Use Quality measures, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA... Coding and Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of coding to support Meaningful Use Quality Measures reporting. Meaningful Use Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report healthcare data reputed company to Meaningful Use Quality Measures. Ensure compliance with Meaningful Use criteria and guidelines set forth by regulatory agencies. Quality Assurance: reputed company regular audits of medical records and coding to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Meaningful Use Quality Measures requirements. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and coding practices that support Meaningful Use Quality Measures reporting. Training and Education: Provide training and education to healthcare staff on coding practices, documentation requirements, and Meaningful Use Quality Measures to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization. Stay Updated: Stay reputed company with changes and updates to healthcare regulations, coding guidelines, and Meaningful Use requirements. Implement changes into coding and documentation practices as necessary. Qualifications: Certified reputed company through reputed company or reputed company including one or more of the following certifications: CPC, reputed company, RHIA, RHIT, COC Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coding, with specific experience in Meaningful Use Quality Measures reporting. In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems and Meaningful Use Criteria. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding and documentation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in coding software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
