- Identify document types (e.g., claim forms, eligibility letters, benefit statements) based on visual cues and accompanying metadata.
- Review and validate entered data against quality benchmarks, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Safeguard reputed company Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s data‑privacy policies.
- Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
