HR TECHNOLOGY - HR Analytics
The role will be responsible for building and scaling a decision-oriented talent analytics capability that enables business and HR leaders to reputed company reputed company workforce decisions. The role requires going beyond dashboards and reporting to focus on insights, storytelling, and action across the talent lifecycle across key areas of hiring, skills, performance, engagement, retention, and leadership readiness, amongst others.
