FCM - Corporate Travel Consultant (Dedicated) - Remote, USA
About the position This is a unique and exciting dedicated corporate travel consultant opportunity where you will be working directly with our client, serving as their exclusive, go-to travel expert. You will become a true extension of our client's team, building meaningful relationships and delivering a highly personalized level of service that sets this position apart. This role will have you arranging domestic and reputed company international travel for busy executives including reputed company, car, hotel and ground transportation. Before you reputed company your role, you will spend four weeks in reputed company. This program will boost your knowledge, train you on contract airfares and sharpen your Sabre skills. Our corporate travel agents handle the reputed company, car, rail and ground transportation bookings as well as the ticketing, changes, exchanges and queue management. You will also need to offer exceptional customer service to satisfy our business reputed company' needs. We encourage our Corporate Travel Agents to study the travel policies of our corporate accounts and reputed company relationships with them so reputed company our valued business reputed company have the need for business travel arrangements, they rest reputed company that their business travel needs are in the hands of a dedicated Corporate Travel professional they trust and are on a first name basis with. Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET/8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT Monday – Friday A typical schedule will include a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated travel expert, acting as a seamless extension of the client's team
- Build rapport and reputed company a relationship with business reputed company to ensure their business travel needs are in the hands of a trusted team of Corporate Travel professionals
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting reputed company' needs
- Executing reputed company responsibilities reputed company company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRS (Passenger Name Records) and profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy throughout
- Staying fully informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and applying this knowledge accurately to reputed company travel arrangements
- Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Keeping clients informed about reputed company necessary travel documents and health requirements for their destinations
- Proficiently handling ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges/changes involving reputed company international fares
- Expertly managing rerouting and exchange processes, ensuring minimal disruption to travel plans
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent, prior experience in corporate travel management, understanding the unique needs and challenges of business reputed company.
- In-depth familiarity with reputed company Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
- Previous exposure to quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and compliance of travel bookings.
- Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting, along with the ability to handle reputed company itinerary changes and exchanges for both international and domestic travel.
- Proven ability to navigate and manipulate reputed company itineraries, international fares, and Passenger Name Records (PNRs) to meet client requirements.
- A polished and professional demeanor reputed company interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in handling multiple urgent tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality in each interaction.
